  • Mapping services, training, and technical consulting

  • Cloud-based monitoring dashboards for environment and marine sectors

Users must:

  • Provide accurate and up-to-date information when registering

  • Keep account credentials secure

  • Be fully responsible for all activities conducted under their account

4. Prohibited Use

Users are prohibited from:

  • Using the services for unlawful or unauthorized purposes

  • Copying, redistributing, or modifying products without written consent

  • Interfering with servers, systems, or networks related to TechnoGIS services

5. Intellectual Property

All content, software, logos, and training materials available through TechnoGIS are the exclusive property of TechnoGIS and are protected under intellectual property laws.

6. Payment Policy

  • All payments must be made through the available methods listed on the website.

  • Prices may change at any time with prior notice.

  • Invoices will be sent electronically to the registered email address.

7. Refund Policy

We understand that certain situations may require a refund request. Our refund policy is as follows:

  • Refund requests must be submitted within 7 calendar days of a successful transaction, along with a reasonable explanation and valid proof.

  • Digital services such as software access, datasets, and online trainings that have already been accessed are non-refundable.

  • Refunds are not applicable for purchases made through third-party resellers or partners.

  • To request a refund, please email us at [email protected] with the subject “Refund Request” and include:

    • Full name

    • Registered email address

    • Proof of payment

    • Reason for the refund request

  • TechnoGIS reserves the right to deny refund requests that do not meet the criteria above.

TechnoGIS reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the services (temporarily or permanently) without prior notice. However, we will strive to notify users in advance whenever possible.

9. Limitation of Liability

TechnoGIS shall not be held liable for any direct or indirect loss arising from the use of our services, including data loss or third-party service interruptions.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any disputes arising shall be settled through mutual deliberation or resolved in the appropriate courts of Yogyakarta, Indonesia.
